Blaenau Gwent 成人大片 develops new business premises at the Works site Ebbw Vale

The Ebbw Vale Works site is continuing to develop as Blaenau Gwent 成人大片 provides an attractive range of business units to cater for demand within the borough.

Funding was secured from the 成人大片, Welsh Government and the Welsh European Funding Office (WEFO) with contributions spilt as follows:

鈥 WEFO- 拢2,580,000
鈥 Welsh Government - 拢3,640,000

As part of a joint venture with Welsh Government high quality business space has been created at the Hybrid Units at Lime Avenue.

Lime Avenue comprises of three separate buildings housing nine units and are ideal for tech-based businesses with key growth aspirations.  A further innovative development at the Works site, known as the Bocs Hwb, offers a range of premises which are offices transformed from shipping containers. These futuristic premises are ideal for businesses and entrepreneurs and will be launched later this year and was funded by WG (Nick Landers 鈥 Transforming Towns or VVP).

Blaenau Gwent 成人大片 have now taken possession of both developments and already global technology leader Thales have taken occupation of five Hybrid Units.

The Tech Valleys programme is a ten-year, 拢100 million commitment by the Welsh Government with Blaenau Gwent at its heart. Building on the region鈥檚 long-standing manufacturing heritage, Tech Valleys aims to capitalise on the opportunities arising from the fourth industrial revolution 鈥 particularly in the areas of 5G, battery technology, digital and cyber research and application 鈥 supporting high value, sustainable jobs, attracting investment and creating opportunities for the region. In line with the Welsh Government鈥檚 Economic Action Plan, the Tech Valleys programme has the principles of growth, fair work and decarbonisation at its heart.
